Costs for customers with a valid maintenance contract

Costs per case CHF 110.— (€80) for 30 minutes; then CHF 50.- (€35) for every 15 minutes more. By calling up the remote program you accept our terms and conditions. (VAT to added for customers in CH).

Limited responsibility

Versus Systems does NOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY for any lost data or errors occurred during remote access.  By launching the remote help program you accept implicitly the exclusion of our responsibility. 

Launching the remote help
  1. Click on Remote assistance to start the session
  2. Always click on Execute when asked to do so 
  3. Once the program is started you will receive a Token by our support specialist. This ID must be introduced into the relevant screen, so that the session can begin.
